Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of companies ranked 65th on the Forbes list of Russa’s 200 largnest private companies
The Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies has jumped 15 points in the Forbes TOP-200 rating among Russia’s largest private companies, and is 65th-ranking. Kievskaya Ploshchad has been in the TOP-200 Russian companies according to Forbes since 2015. The co-founders of Kievskaya Ploshchad, God Nisanov and Zarakh Iliev, have been leading the ranking of Russian commercial real estate owners since 2012 according to Forbes magazine.
In 2020-2021, Kievskaya Ploshchad implemented several projects that have become significant for Moscow and the Russian Federation, including the commissioning of the Shchelkovsky multifunctional complex with the first roof-top bus station in Russia, the purchase and restart of the Four Seasons wholesale food complex in Domodedovo based on the Food City agrocluster, restoration of the Pavilion building at Patriarch's Ponds.
In early December 2020, Kievskaya Ploshchad signed an agreement with the world famous hotel operator, Accor, to open the first hotel in Russia under the luxury brand In 2021, Kievskaya Ploshchad became a co-owner of the Samolet development company. Within the framework of cooperation, the companies plan to jointly develop projects in commercial real estate, as well as implement development projects in Russia and the CIS countries.
The total area of commercial real estate of the Group of Companies as of October 2021 is more than 3.9 million sq. m., while the number of employees has grown by a thousand people and reached 27 thousand people.
