Last year, the "Kievskaya Ploshchad" Group of Companies implemented landmark projects: the "Four Seasons" wholesale food complex in Domodedovo was acquired to be developed in the concept of a "Food City" agro cluster; the construction of the "Nagatinskaya" transfer hub was started; an agreement was signed with Accor, a global leader in the hospitality industry, to open the first hotel in Russia under the Raffles luxury brand on Varvarka street in Moscow.
In October 2021, "Kievskaya Ploshchad" replenished the company's assets with the Studenets estate, located on the territory of the Krasnaya Presnya state-owned park. It was also announced the creation of a new urban space on Novoryazanskaya Street, in which a gastro project with a cinema park and a business cluster will be opened, which together will form a business ecosystem for startups. The project was named "Depo Tri Vokzala" ("Depot Three Railway Stations").
The “Kievskaya Ploshchad” projects has invariably got high appreciation both from the expert community and from Moscow citizens. The MFC (the multifunctional complex)"Shchelkovsky" won the prestigious competition "Building complex of Moscow, Europe". The food mall "Depo.Moscow" received the international award MAPIC Russia Awards 2021, and the largest UNIQLO store in Europe opened in the shopping center "Europeiskiy".
Owing to the existing and new projects development, the commercial real estate total area belonging to the “Kievskaya Ploshchad” Group of Companies in 2021 reached 3.9 million square meters, and the number of employees increased by 1 thousand and is more than 27 thousand people.
